CASD Elementary Reading Intervention
- Carlisle Area School District offers support for students within our tiered system of reading interventions.

All students receive core reading instruction. Based upon their individual needs, students may receive tier 2 or tier 3 instruction as well. Our most intensive intervention occurs within tier 3 programming.

- All students receive core math instruction. Students in kindergarten and first grade demonstrating intensive need may receive tier 3 math intervention.

Students are identified for tier 3 intervention based on various assessments administered throughout the school year. If students qualify for tier 3 support, families will receive a letter notifying them of this opportunity. -
Students in tier 3 intervention programs will receive an intervention progress report at the end of each trimester to help families understand student growth and progress.
