On Friday May 11 and Saturday May 12, Carlisle High School played host to the annual Pennsylvania State History Day competition. Students from all over PA, about 800 in total, competed to win at the state level to advance to the national competition. Congratulations to Samantha Martin, 10th grade, for winning 2nd place in the Senior Individual Website category. Her project was entitled, "Anonymous Source or No Source: Journalistic Conflict and Compromise in Breaking a Presidential Scandal." Samantha will now advance to the National Competition at the University of Maryland from June 10-14, 2018. Good luck and Congratulations Samantha!
