Rotary Club Honors Zoe Spielman as Student of the Month
The Rotary Club of Carlisle recently honored Zoe Spielman as the March Student of the Month.  She is a senior at Carlisle High School and is the daughter of Corinne Miller of Carlisle and Michael Spielman of Orrtanna. She received this recognition for exhibiting outstanding leadership, service, and scholastic achievement to both her school and community.

Zoe is ranked eighth in her class and is a member of the National Honor Society, Science Fair and Environmental Club.

She also is the goalie and the Field Hockey team. Zoe is a volunteer firefighter, a Girl Scout and a member of the First United Church of Christ hand bell choir. She also volunteers for various service projects, fire department fundraisers and Girl Scout projects.

Zoe plans to attend the University of Florida to major in soil and water science to pursue a career in waterway management or wildfire prevention and management.
