Carlisle Police Chief Visits CHS

Carlisle Police Chief Visits CHS
"Never underestimate your ability to be a positive force." That was one of the lessons Carlisle Borough Police Department Chief Landis gave to students at Carlisle High School this afternoon.

Chief Landis fielded questions from Mr. Dutrey's Law & Modern Issues class. Questions ranged from how investigations are handled to how real world law enforcement differs from television and movies. Several students in the class are interested in law enforcement and legal careers.  Chief Landis also spoke about the camaraderie police officers share. "If you have a problem, I can think of no better field. They may laugh at you forever, but they will help you."
