Aviana Crow, Benjamin O’Connor, and Nathaniel Tofte were awarded second place and a trophy in the professional division at the Soup Cook-off Sunday, March 2, 2025.
The professional division included 11 various local area Chefs, restaurant owners, and catering companies.
The event was held at the Carlisle Expo center from 11:30 am until 4:00 pm.
There were over 800 guests in attendance.
The Soup Cook Off was a charity event that supports the AKT Foundation, a local organization that provides supplies and resources to people who are just overcoming homelessness or escaping domestic violence.
The three students prepared 10 gallons of Bone Marrow French Onion soup with a homemade rustic bread crouton as a garnish.
