- Team Workouts:
Mondays: 8:30am to 10:00am - Open turf (On high school turf field - footwork, fundamentals and team concepts) - you will need your own water and full pads.
Fridays: 8:30am to 10:00am - Weight training and footwork - Swartz Weight room (on the side closest to the water tower - use the parking lot off of West St)
- Camps:
Messiah University is holding a Varsity/JV skill development camp from June 16th - June 19th (Mon-Thurs).
Basic details
When: June 16th-19th (Mon-Thurs), 1:15pm - 4:30pm
Focus: Fundamentals, explosivity, lacrosse IQ, stick skills, competition
Location: Messiah Turf Lacrosse Field
Coaches: Messiah HC/Asst. Coaches, + Messiah Players
Cost: $225
- Summer "League" Opportunities:
Chambersburg Area HS is hosting pick-up games for all high school levels every Wednesday Starting June 18 (Excluding June 25) from 6pm to 8pm in their stadium. All are welcome.
