Carlisle High School students honored 21 local veterans during the 3rd Annual Veterans Luncheon. Each of the students was paired with a veteran to learn more about military service and what it means to serve one's country. Veterans from the Army, Navy, and Air Force were represented, with veterans serving from the Korean War, Desert Storm, Desert Shield, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Each student received a challenge coin to remember their time with a veteran. We would like to express our deepest THANKS to all our Veterans, both within the district and across the country!
