Members of the Carlisle High School Swim Team volunteered at the Carlisle Family YMCA to help lead Safety Around Water. Safety Around Water is a 4-day free swim lesson program that includes water safety skills in addition to basic swim instruction. The program is intended for children who never have had the opportunity to participate in swim lessons. At the completion of the program participants receive a certificate, T-shirt and goodie bag.
The team did a great job and the kids loved having High School swimmers there to teach them.
