Clearances

District employees and volunteers are required to submit the following clearances every five years.

Employees and Volunteers:

Clearances will be accepted up to one year from date of completion.

1. Child Abuse History Certification: Act 151

2. The Pennsylvania State Police Request for Criminal Record Check: Act 34

3. FBI Criminal Background Check: Act 114

If you have been a resident of PA for a minimum of 10 consecutive years, please click here for information regarding an Affidavit that may be applicable in lieu of the FBI Criminal Background check.
