All XC parents are expected to volunteer for our invitational! Your runner will bring home a volunteer availability sheet to complete soon. Coach Boardman will create the volunteer schedule and and assignments from this information.
* 8/29 and 9/12, 7:30-10am... VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR COURSE CLEANUP!
Head Middle School XC Coach Harold Travis is leading the two-day course cleanup days to prepare the Travis Trail for competition. We're seeking parent volunteers to help with both light work (raking, picking up sticks, etc) and heavier work (chainsaws, weed whacking, mowing, etc) from 7-10am (or portions of time therein). All levels of help are welcome. Many hands make light work! This is a BYOE (Bring Your Own Equipment!). If you can help out please sign up here. Vols will meet at the Middle School XC shed (located next to the stadium) at 7am. THANK YOU in advance!
