Evan Gates is a senior and in his third year in the Carlisle CTE Culinary Arts program.
Evan has been accepted at the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia to further his studies.
Recently he participated in two competitions at the college. Evan competed in the chocolate cake competition as well as the culinary competition. Evan came in third place at the culinary competition on Saturday 5/1/21. He was awarded $1,800.00 in scholarship money for third place in the culinary division.
