As part of their Positive Behavior Support Plan in conjunction with their Continuous Improvement Plan at Mooreland Elementary, students were awarded Mighty Mooreland Motivator Tickets for demonstrating the school expectations - Be Safe, Be Responsible, and Be Respectful.
When students received a ticket, they had the option of entering their ticket into a weekly raffle or donate their ticket to the school's Project SHARE food drive. (One ticket equaled one nonperishable food item.) At the end of the year, they are donating 1,024 nonperishable food items to Project SHARE!
We are proud of Mooreland students for demonstrating their core values of cooperation, compassion, initiative, and service, but most importantly, we are encouraged by their thoughtfulness and willingness to serve others!
