Honor Choir Performance at Messiah University

Honor Choir Performance at Messiah University
On July 31st, eight students from Lamberton Middle School performed as part of the 45-voice "In the Middle" honor choir at the American Choral Directors Association's summer conference at Messiah University. The singers were nominated due to their musical skill, independence, and work ethic.

Singers prepared their own music and then rehearsed for one day with clinician Dr. Anthony Trecek-King. This culminated in an evening concert where they were joined by the 115-voice "Choir for All" honors ensemble, which included three students from Carlisle High School.

Lamberton students included: Elizabeth Kunick, Laurel Weiser, Liza Zander, Carly Fitzpatrick, Olivia Ewert, Rowyn Burger, Naomi Waybright, and Chloe Kappeler. (L-R in the photo)

CHS students included: Greta Weirich, Chase Perabo, and Aiden Wilt.
